Apartment projects: what goes on behind the walls

Photos from our own jobs. We show the stages owners rarely see — partitions, plaster, services — as well as the finished rooms, without locations or client details.

Masonry and new layouts

Brick partitions for new layouts, machine-applied plaster and beaded corners. In an apartment renovation this is where rooms change shape, and where the routes for every pipe and cable are decided.

Services and heating

Underfloor heating panels laid before the screed and floors opened for new services. These photos show the stage that decides whether a renovation will need reopening later.

Kitchens

Kitchens opened to the living area, L-shaped layouts and feature walls. Each one depends on supply, waste, extraction and power being in the right place before the units arrive.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Are these your own projects?

Yes, photos of our team’s work. Locations and client details are not shown.

Why show so much unfinished work?

Because in apartments the hidden stages decide how long the renovation lasts.

Do you build brick partitions?

Yes, and plasterboard partitions; the choice depends on each wall.

Is the underfloor heating shown in an apartment?

We describe only what is visible in each photo, without location details.

Who did the electrical work in these jobs?

Electrical work on our renovations is carried out by authorised partner installers.

Can I have a kitchen like these?

Yes, as examples. Your kitchen is designed around your flat’s services and layout.

Do you show before-and-after photos?

Only when both images show the same room.

Do you renovate bathrooms too?

Yes, within apartment renovations. Our sister site reformabanosmalaga.eu focuses on them.

Where can I see more images?

In the gallery, filtered by type of work.

How do I ask for something similar?

Send photos of your flat, the floor area and a reference image.

Free, itemised quote

Send us photos and the approximate floor area

A few photos and a rough square-metre figure are enough for a first assessment. If it suits you, we then visit the property and prepare an itemised quote, line by line.

  • One contractor, one point of contact
  • Itemised quote with no vague lump sums
  • Materials purchasing and final clean handled by us
  • Work carried out with a guarantee and public liability insurance
Will anyone live there during the works?
